- Temperature control : 10 ℃ ~ 25 ℃ (Δ ±2 ℃)

model 30 RT (Cryostat) --> 300 LPM

model 30 RT (RRS) --> 100 LPM

model 10 RT (Clean room) --> 70 LPM
